I can't hear the person outside while talking through my device, or they can't hear me.

Likely Cause: Audio levels are set incorrectly

Solution: 

  • You can adjust the volume of your intercom by pressing the Settings button at the back of your device. You can find full instructions here.

Please keep in mind that this feature only pertains to devices with intercom handset capabilities (Klevio Omni).
