You can customize the volume of internal and external audio under the ‘audio’ tab in the top right corner of the Klevio settings at www.klevio.zone as well by sliding left or right. Internal sound is the one that you hear when you’re standing in front of your Klevio device and external is what whoever is standing in front of your communal door hears.
