If you have a door that requires physical keys to lock it properly, then you’ll have to continue to use keys to lock it for now. (That is if you don't have a Nuki installed.) However, electric strikes for residential use are usually set up in the ‘fail-secure’ mode, so they are always locked unless you explicitly ask them to open. The door will therefore usually automatically lock itself when you close it behind you when you leave.
