Equipment purchased from Klevio may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery being received, providing the equipment is returned in original packaging with any security seals in place (where applicable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Klevio reserves the right to charge a refurbishment fee for security devices with their security seals broken.
