No, because all the installation work is done inside your property. There’s no need for us to make any changes to the existing communal doors or locks, and none of the work we do affects the communal areas so no permission is required.

Once the work is complete, no-one will be able to tell you’ve had Klevio installed from the outside (unless you choose to tell them or share a key with them, of course).
