After you’ve bought Klevio, you’ll be sent a short survey to complete so we can confirm exactly what work will be involved and schedule the installation. One of our trained installers will come to your property on the agreed date, install your Klevio device and the necessary accessories, and get everything working for you

How long this takes depends on whether it’s a house, apartment or office, the make and model of any existing intercom and whether we’re installing Klevio Omni or Opener and doing a standard, parallel or concealed installation. Our team can give you a more accurate estimate once you’ve completed the pre-installation survey.

Please note that an installation typically involves work to at least one door frame which can be a bit noisy. We recommend choosing a time least likely to annoy any neighbours or disturb sleeping babies!

Finally, please remember that you don’t need to be there throughout the installation. As long as you can let our installer in and leave a set of spare keys, you’re free to come and go as you please. And once you have Klevio up and running, this will be the last time you’ll ever need to be home to let anyone in again.
