  • Press and hold the Settings button on the left on the back of the device for at one second.

  • At this point, two lights on the front of the device will flash orange and blue - once they go pink this means Klevio has set up a Wi-Fi hotspot called 'KlevioHotspot' which you can connect to from your phone/tablet/computer with the password 'lifeunlocked'.

  • Once connected to the Klevio network, open a browser (with the same device that you’ve used to connect to KlevioHotspot) and navigate to the web page 'klevio.zone'. Find your home network under “Available networks” and tap the blue ‘+’ button. Re-enter your new home Wi-Fi credentials, then tap ‘Enable’.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click store and exit settings.

  • After a few seconds, the blue and orange lights should flash briefly (restart of the device) and your Klevio should come back online. The process is done once all lights are blue again.

  • To connect to the hotspot, you can also scan the QR code below:

If your device is a Beta device you adjust your device settings as it follows:

  • Press the top right button on the front of the device for 3 seconds until the lights change colour. This will take you into settings mode. Similarly to the Klevio One device process explained above, Klevio Beta has set up a Wi-Fi hotspot called ‘Klevio’ which you can connect to from your phone/tablet/computer with the password ‘KlevioConnect’.

  • Once connected to the Klevio network, open a browser and navigate to the web page ‘klevio.zone’. Re-enter your new home Wi-Fi credentials, then tap ‘Submit’. After a few seconds, the blue and orange lights should flash briefly and your Klevio should come back online.

If you’re not sure if you have a Klevio One or Klevio Beta device, here to read more on how you can figure it out.
