If the door opens with an open (“unlock/lock”) command, that means it automatically resecures itself within a couple of seconds after it’s been unlocked. Because of this, you only need one QR code for users to safely use it.

If your door is equipped with a Nuki key turner, this means that users need to manually unlock the door to enter and then manually lock it back once it’s closed to secure it. Because these are two separate commands in the Klevio App, you may need to generate two different QR codes if you choose to set the code to unlock automatically. If you set the QR code to require confirmation, you can make both commands appear on the user’s screen once they’ve scanned the code and let them decide which action to take.
