At an agreed time, one of our installers will come round to set up your device. This should take roughly 2 to 3 hours, and you don’t even need to be in while it’s done.

The intercom is retrofitted and can serve either as an add-on or as a replacement of your own intercom, depending on your preference.

If you don’t have an intercom, or you do but it only works on the communal door, a Klevio technician can also install an ‘electric strike’ on your lock, which will allow Klevio to work with that door.

Hopefully we won’t need to modify your door frame, but if we do then installation can get a bit noisy – and there’s often a bit of sweeping up to do at the end too. To keep noise disturbance to a minimum, we only schedule installations during weekday working hours. As for mess, please do leave out a dustpan and brush/vacuum cleaner for us to tidy up when we’re finished.
