There are a few instances in which you will need to contact us if something changes.7

  • Need to change the email address associated with your Klevio account
  • If both left lights on your device are orange this means there is an error and you must reach out to support
  • Have problems sharing keys with your friends and family
  • Have tried troubleshooting your device or app but it didn’t help
