There are a few instances in which you will need to contact us if something changes.7
- Need to change the email address associated with your Klevio account
- If both left lights on your device are orange this means there is an error and you must reach out to support
- Have problems sharing keys with your friends and family
- Have tried troubleshooting your device or app but it didn’t help
