When I try to use my digital keys, the ‘“TA DA!” message and green tick symbol appear on my app, but my door/s won't open.
Likely Cause: Your device is working fine, but there’s an issue with your lock or intercom system
Solution:
If the door has an electric strike and opens inwards, try pulling the door outwards towards yourself as you swipe the key to relieve pressure on the electric strike. If the door opens outwards, do the opposite and put weight forward on to the door. If this allows it to unlock then your door or lock probably needs adjusting - please speak to Klevio support
If you are able to open the door with a backup key, then test if the electric lock or strike operates when you swipe the key with the door already open. If this works, then your door or lock probably needs adjusting - please speak to Klevio support
If the door is a communal door controlled by an intercom system, there is probably a problem with the intercom system. Please speak to your building management or contact Klevio support.
