Likely Cause: Your phone has a poor network connection so can’t communicate effectively with our servers
- Check your phone’s data or Wi-Fi connection
- If your Wi-Fi signal strength is weak, consider switching Wi-Fi off temporarily to get a stronger 3G/4G connection. If you’re standing outside your front door, your phone might be midway through the process of connecting to your home Wi-Fi, so wait a few seconds and try again. Failing this, reboot your phone.
